Book covers ... so important

Welcome to my first mini-blog post. When I designed my first cover I wasn't thinking about book two. Well, I was but I wasn't. Now that book is being prepared for release in August/September 2021, ideas about marketing and how that would effect my book covers. I thought of the late Sue Grafton who's book covers all started with a letter of the alphabet. I enjoy illustrating motorcycles, my heroines enjoy riding motorcycles, so it seemed obvious--a book cover with a motorcycle. Here is the revamped cover for The Unravelling, and spoiler alert, you will be hearing me blog about hardcovers soon.
